The space/Apartment is on the ground level about 600 square feet. Best part is our incredible inground pool right outside the ground floor. The pool is 4-8 feet deep with a lounge area and swim off bench. Our yard is a sanctuary which includes a fire pit, gazebo, television with plenty of seating. The ground floor provides kitchenette, seating for 6-8 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV 70 inch, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom.
The bedroom in the lower level is about 300 sqft. The bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens.
Please note:
We do not allow people outside the reservation to come to the property. If you say you have a party of 4 it must be no more than 4 people at the property. More guest are welcome for a fee of $45 per person per night. No more than 7 guest.
We do not allow parties or get togethers what so every.
Please do not request if that's your intentions.

Summary: Was taken back at first by the side entrance into a living area down to a den area. I requested to see properties that were in entirety. Having said that, the place was clean and organized. A few breakables accessible for dogs and kids needed to be moved . Owners were extremely pleasant and surprisingly not present even though we were sharing a home . A beautiful backyard and detail to the decore made it easy to feel comfortable. Would love to return in the summer season .

Summary: Was a great place . Very nice place felt like a super luxurious spot to spend a vacation. Hot tub was great very nice . The hosts are awesome and very helpful. Definitely would stay here again .

Summary: We had a very nice stay. Everything was fine, the hosts were very nice and attentive. The environment is quiet. You can get to Manhattan by train and the beach is not far by car. We even saw dolphins and whales while walking on the beach. Thanks for a great stay and the tips.

Summary: The property was OK except a few inconveniences: the AC was very poor in the living room and the room was very hot. The coffee machine had no capsules, no freezer in the fridge. No hand soaps in the kitchen and the bathroom which should be basics in the VRBO. We had to get everything including hand soap. We wouldn’t stay there again.

Summary: The property was lovely, clean and easily accessible with parking. The amenities were amazing and the host adds a lot of personal touch to the stay. The location was great making a short drive to the beach, we chose Lido. I would definitely recommend and come back!

Summary: Stunning backyard and pool, and landscaping. Love the outdoor living space, and the beds were comfortable. Jess the host, and her husband were quickly responsive and accommodating. The apartment is attached to their main house, which is on a cul de sac and only a few blocks from everything you would need (stop n shop, Starbucks, restaurants).
